5 signals that suggests that anger is problematic.

When it happens to often and/or is misplaced.
When one is frequently angry over small,relatively insignificant events,this is an indication that something might be "brewing" below the surface."Road Rage"is a good example of misplaced anger.

When it is too intense{strong}.
When one's reactions are not in proportion to the triggering events also suggests that something might be "brewing"below the surface.

When it lasts too long
One sign that anger is lasting too long is when a person finds themselves ruminating or obssessing about an angering event.When anger goes on for too long,it places a great stress on the body and the mind..If anger doesn't go away,your body can't return to normal.This makes it easier to become angry the next time.Furthermore,the body's stress interferes with effect problem solving,so that we are likely to be triggered by these unsolved problems.

When it leads to physical actions
Aside from many physical reactions being against the law,such reactions often go against one's own values.These actions almost always have the effect of making matter worse.The lack of control inherent in such reactions is almost an indication that one's anger is more than they can control.

When it effects your relationship
Anger often makes it difficult for people to like you.As a result,angry people might find themselves socially isolated which may aggravate their anger.
