Thumbs up YOGA helps control Anger and other terrible feelings

Any deep feeling which comes in between our day to day life and our health can and should be controlled, and I have felt that YOGA helps a lot in this...Just a few minutes of deep breathing and meditation goes a long way in controlling the jitters...
Here I am giving my daily 15 minute routine, and hope this may be of help to somebody..
First sit in open air, straight, as though you are suspended from a string from above..If sitting like this is uncomfortable, then any relaxed position may be taken..Then before starting, inhale and exale fully for a minute..Close the right nostril and breathe in through the left and fill your lungs fully. wait for three counts. Then exhale through the same nostril...Now, close your left nostril and do the same with the right one. repeat 10 times. Now we come to alternate breathing..Close the right nostril, and breathe in fully through the left one, wait for three counts and exhale through the right nostril...Then, now, close the left one, breathe in through the right, and breathe out through the left..Repeat for 10 times...
OM OM Om....For the final exercise, breathe in through both the nostrils, keep the air in for three counts, and let it out saying the universal mantra OM...The use of Om should be done like this...The 'M' in the OM should be twice as long as the O when OM is said..During this 15 minute exercise keeping eyes closed, and thinking and meditating Om, or words like PEACE, or LOVE enhances the experience...
