Post LVS or anybody out there!!??

I'm a very angry person that probably needs some form of help. That particular post about american idol was what I was angry about at that moment.

I'm what you call a "road rager". People that drive like idiots are going to be the death of me..not because they'll cause me to wreck but make my blood boil to where my blood pressure is elevated.

People that park their grocery carts in the middle of the aisle so I have to ask them to move!! KEEP YOUR STINKING CART TO THE SIDE!!!

How bout idiots that park so close I can't hardley get into my car!! I usually open my door hard so they get a DING

People in the express lane with 20 items!!!

driving in the fast lane going slow!!!

Waiting in line 20 feet from the fast food counter and when I get in front of them they say "hey I'm in LINE", Well stand closer you dumb *@*%!!

People that hog the side walk.. get the #$%& on your own side!!

Here's a biggie...Don't kick my chair in the movie theater. HOW ANNOYING!!

How bout the PIGS that leave their trash at the "bus your own table" restaurant. Why do you leave your food there?? Clean up after YOURSELVES!!

Say thank you if I hold the door open for you..(which I don't do very much anymore because I'm not there to be your own personal "doorman")

On the good side, I'm most tolerant of the elderly and children or handicapped people. So all in all I'm a fair person, I think.

There are many others on my list, I just wanted to vent on some that make my blood boil.

Renee~wondering what kind of comments I'll receive??

Do you have a thyroid imbalance, what is your cortisol and homocystine level? Do you have kids because if you do you have to get a reign on your patience (sp)for their sake - they are going to grow up just like you feeling frustrated and uncontrolably angry not able to sweat the small stuff. You sound really grouchy or crabby but not physically angry.

If you want to be angry for a cause then go read post traumatic stress disorder about-because of past and then- I can't remember. That is something to be angry and upset about.

Hey There,

I do have thyroid problems. They've been trying to adjust my medication for the last 6 months. I think my thyroid has been screwed for a long time and the doc's never bothered checking.

I grew up with parents that yelled and choked eachother, threw things, hit us kids with belts. I guess that's why I have a short fuse.

My parents should've had a divorce but stayed together for us kids. They're still together to this day..no kids anymore. I think it's because no one else would have them or it's a marrige of conveinence.

For 21 years I walked on egg shells in their house. Hard to do Mom wanted everything to go smoothly, and we all know life is just not like that. Me and my folks never saw eye to eye. I'm 39 years old and still get stomach aches when I'm around them.

I believe it's hard to grow up like this and not have some of it rubbed off on to me.

BTW~I used to see my dad cheating with other women and I have dreams of him molesting me, but will never say anything due to false memory syndrome.

You're right I'm not physically angry. I've never laid a hand on my kids. Actually I let them get away with alot of things because I want them to love me. I'm completely opposite in how I raise my kids, then how my parents raised me. I have good children that are never in trouble. No drugs, no smoking, good grades. So I'm lucky and can do something right.

I guess I proved my parents wrong they used to tell me I couldn't do anything right, and I was the black sheep of the family and they never let me forget it.

Appreciate your input and will read PTSD board.

Renee

Wink

I am glad you broke the cycle. Sometimes you have to divorce yourself from your relatives emotionally so you can heal yourself and your reactions to their behavior. Wishing you Peace & Health for you and your family.

Renee~~ Been reading your posts. I think you could use a reading list. Take it of leave it..I know what's happening with you I think.

Awaken the Heros Within: Carol Pearson
Co-dependent No More: Melody Beattie
The Liars Club (A Memior)

A little deep stuff, a little funny stuff and a little help stuff but all and all its a good combo for people who have a 3rd eye for their own anger. Getting ****ed at stupid people or inconciderate people tells me that these little incidents are attached to a big ol garrila in your closet.
