Working the 12 steps for ADHD/Anger - Anger Management Message Board

Has anyone tried working the 12 steps for Anger? I first read about it on [url="http://www.mindfixers.com"]www.mindfixers.com[/url] page. It really makes a lot of sense, Im gonna try it. The 12 steps help a lot of people with a lot of different things so why not help me with anger right??

Thanks for the website Sunny. I am just randomly going through posts on the boards here and was glad to run across your post. I have had ADHD my whole life but have been able to manage it quite well, however, my son is almost 20 and cannot manage his life with this disorder and is going nowhere fast. He dropped out of high school in 11th grade, been in and out of treatment for substance abuse, works randomly, lives at home and runs most nights and sleeps all day. When he was an adolescent and was put on some meds for it he flipped out so we took him off and tried another one but he sold it on the streets to kids wanting it so that was that! I am going to research this site and see if there may be something that he might relate to. I like the idea of 12 steps for Anger.
