Newbie with Questions? - Anger Management Message Board

Hello All,
I am 23 year old female. I am a college student now. My professor said that before class I get angry, aggessive, having outburts, shounting, yelling etc. I don't think I have any problem with this. The reason why she knew this about me because she is a social worker as well. What does it mean to be aggessive? Write Back Soon,

Hi Deafl,

I'm new to this myself, and I didn't really think I had a problem with my behavior untill a total stranger told me. But I can't define aggression for you, I can't even define it for myself
I have been refered to group therapy or a psychologist..but I don't feel like I want to expose myself to some brainpoking moneyhunter, IMHO
But maybe that's just me
