Being angry not only sucks, it is very depressing and tiring. I am glad you don't want to feel that way. Have you tried any relaxation techs? Massage, deep breathing, meditation, baths, walks, etc? There are lots of books on the subject too! Just keep looking for a way to let it go, because there is NO reason to be angry for any length of time. It is a waste of what your life could be. You deserve better than that, now you just have to work to make it change. I'm telling ya, change is such an effort anymore!
