OK, call me a fool.
My therapist mentioned today, that Anger + Supression = Depression !!!
She thought I was kidding when I said I didn't realize that !!!
She suggested "getting it out". Shout. Write. Curse out loud (in an appropriate setting and NOT setting-off a freeway Civil War)....
I noticed THIS Board, on the way to the Bipolar Area (so to speak).
Are there any supremely helpful hints as to how to best "channel" it OUT ?
I don't expect to cure cancer, or talk Iran out of insane threats ~ I'm just wondering ...
For NOW, I kind-of thought that PARTIAL venting (at that OTHER Healthboards area) was having a positive and cathartic "release" potential.
I remember, in marriage counselling 2 divorces and 22 years ago - being encouraged to beat each other with pillow baseball bats !!! I assumed that to be training for the REAL bats, at home !!! (Just kidding ~ I think)
