No one here is equipped to teach you anger management skills. There are books, programs & there is professional help out there. It is up to you to get the help you need. You have to do that work yourself. If you are doing that work, you are welcome. If not, please start that before using this board.
Stuffing anger, blowing up, hurting yourself or others, or being glad others got hurt is your own problem, and it is unhealthy and inappropriate for both you and others.
Do not post thoughts of hurting other people.
Again: no one here is equipped to diagnose your problems or to teach you. Get some live appropriate help.
