I have had outburst of anger most of my life but now not only do I have the anger I have mental pictures and daydreams of seriously hurting people. No one person just people in general. This has now cost me a job that I really cared for. Now I have nightmares about hurting the people above me. Does anyone else have these thoughts or a solution to them.
First, why are you angry? If you can share. Then, do you have to be exposed to the things/sceanrio that make you angry? Do you excersice or play sports? Do you have any pets? Do you have good friends you can talk to? Have you ever had a massage? How is your diet? Just curious about your lifestyle.
