Question my husband has anger built up and i dont know how to help him....
My husband has been through two divorces before me where both women cheated on him and he ended up with the kids..To add to the matter he lost his dad this past january..He is always on edge..He has never physically abused anyone here..He just gets anger and upset instantly and then later on he appologizes...I dont know how to get him to let the wall of the xwives down and talk about his dad passing...He doesnt understand the verbal part hurts too...Does anyone has any suggestions how i can help him..i love him absolutely to death..he is a good person and takes excellent care of me and the kids...i wish he would just let somethings go....

He sounds ike my stbx. I left him faster than my first ex who who was phyiscal abusive.
Words can hurt more becuae they seem to use them more than the phsyical abusers.
Truth is unless you can learn to live with it or he gets help it does not change. If he did not get therapy or help before chances are he will not. I am sorry. I bet he was sweet and kind in the beginning. most of these men are.
