Outward bursts aren't a problem but build up is.
I don't have problems with outwardly bursting with anger, in fact it's the total opposite. I try to turn the other cheek or just not react to something that makes me angry, but this just makes the anger build up until i just breakdown and cry for a good five or ten minutes. Then the whole cycle repeats. I never get violent or rude during these episodes, it's just a straight up breakdown. Any advice? I already saw a psychologist about panic attacks and was taught self hypnosis which works well for panic, can it be applied to anger?
