heyy guys , i think i have a mean anger problem . when something doesnt going my way ill get eitther upset or angry . if someone accuses me of something that never happened i start screaming . ive broken many things and me and my boyfriend got into numerous arguements over his and i's anger . i need a method or two to learn how to keep calm and carry on . i mean theres alot more angerier people out there than me but i just want to know how to relax bc i think itll rid of my paranoia aniexty and help me relax without any problems .
