 Angry
I am always angry. When I wake up, when I go to sleep that's all I think about is why am I so angry all the time. The headache never goes away. I try to tell my husband what I'm feeling but he makes it a joke and that makes it worse. My 32 year old son lives with us and I can't take it. He has lived with me for the past 5 years. I like to dance and make clothes. I have these periods when I am very creative. I have remodeled two bathrooms by myself and while I was doing that I was very happy but now the work is done and no one even try's to keep it up. Some days I wake up and can't focus on anything my mind is scattered. But everyday I cook, clean wash clothes, clean carpet. Anything to keep my mind busy and focused on one thing at a time. But that's getting harder to do. Some days I'm scared to drive because my road rage is getting out of control. I really need help. I have been to a doctor and was told I am bipolar and have PTSD. Not taking any meds and haven't since 2008 why is it back now?
