i am a 19 year old male. i maintain a somewhat healthy diet but also smoke and never exercise. i noticed that i have been getting a pain in my jaw and left arm after smoking sometimes or when i have really bad gas. rarely short of breath and never have chest pain. pulse is usually punmping normally. just pain in the jaw and arm.
heart problems don't really run in my family either.
could it just be gas or my chronic bronchitis?
I would get to a doctor and go over your symptoms. If there's any way you can cut back or quit smoking (I know, I know) that's the greatest gift you can give yourself. But, do get to your doctor to ease your concerns. Staying proactive in your health is a way to alleviate the fear.
