I don't know if nerve irritation is common with bypass surgery.
Acupuncture is one of my hobbies, so to speak. I've got my own Acupuncture Stimulator and Acupuncture Software, and experiment with it to try and relieve my own pain and health problems. Sometimes it helps

Your history of chest surgery and the pain in your left arm/hand, Jaw and upper arms, combined with the other problems of Sweating and Nausea correspond to Acupuncture nerve pathways (channels), so I figured that I would write a post wondering if the surgery could have irritated some nerves or nerve pathways?
I have no medical or Acupuncture training or education, so my comments are merely to give you something to think about.
Perhaps others, who have had the same surgery, and the same post-surgery symptoms can offer their opinions.
