Niacin Supplements and Angina

I have Angina which right now appears only in cold weather but I want to stop its progression if I can.

Does anybody take the high flush niacin as a supplement? I have been on 500mg for a little over a week.

Should I be increasing it as the flush reduces? What is the maximum dose to top out at, and is it still beneficial when the flush is gone completely?

Are there other vitamins or supplements you can recommend that really work on Angina? I also take 50mg Zinc per da and 250mg magnesium.

Thanks for any responses.

Re: Niacin Supplements and Angina

I don't have answers to all of your questions, but SEANOL works wonderfully for me and my angina.
