Mysterious miserable chest pain

So im a healthy, perfect weight, vegetarian 18y old male,i had my heart checked by a cardiologist about 5months ago and i was told it's in a great shape.Just like all of us i used to have mild pain in the left part of my chest from time to time but it was completely random and not something that could make me worry. But yesterday it was something different,we were playing basketball at school and about 5minutes in i started feeling pain in the left part of my chest as always but i was surprised that this time it was triggered by the action of me playing basketball, anyways i made it through the lesson and it went away straight after.Later that day is when the real thing happened.I was carrying home some logs and i started feeling the pain again growing stronger and stronger ,by the time i got home it was so bad i had to bend forward a bit so i could walk, there was no increase in heart beat or difficulty breathing tho.I decided to sit down but it didnt help i was honestly thinking of calling an ambulance but then i grabbed a glass of water layed down and 3minutes later im feeling perfectly fine again.Could you tell me what could that have been and was there anything my doctor could've missed during the check back then.
Thank you.

Re: Mysterious miserable chest pain

I went to the cardiologist last week too with severe chest pains. I know he thinks I am over the edge because my dad died of a heart attack at 46, but he kept saying there is nothing wrong with my heart. I have bradycardia and sinus tachycardia, but this was almost crushing. He said it was probably my GERD or my fibromyaliga. I left there frustrated. However, the next day after continued misery, my friend, a nurse was telling me she had gone to urgent care because she was having palpatations, etc. and was dehydrated and potassium deficient. Hmmm, so I bought and drank two bottle of pedialyte. Pain gone. Could that help you? gatoraide works too.
