What do you think this is?

I'm 38 years old and only about 1 or 2 times a year I get episodes with the following symptoms:

Always starts 1-2 minutes after a large meal (every time)
Always begins in the lower-mid abdomen (~stomach or lower)
Always grows and radiates upwards to entire abdomen and eventually entire torso
Always last about 5-15 minutes and then completely subsides

I would describe the feeling like my organs are being slowly compressed or squeezed harder and harder until it is unbearable. Even though it happens so infrequently, I recognize the feeling immediatly and know what is going to happen for the next 15 minutes. My last two episodes (today and last year) were severe enough for me to start worrying.
