what has helped me

stress and anxiety don't mix....a good friend of mine once told me which made perfect sense "If you can't control it don't worry about it, if it is within your control only you can change it and do something about it, then take care of it "....so when I look at things I keep this in mind, if it is beyond my control and I can't do anything about it I don't worry about it I walk away from it and don't think about it by doing this it has helped tremendously most of the time my stress level has dropped and I don't get anxiety /panic attacks on a daily basis it usually comes about once every 6 months or so I try to stay relaxed. and take in deep breathes even when I get one. I have learned that if my body don't get proper rest I get them frequently as well but I learn what my triggers are ......
