| Visualization to handle anxiety
This has worked for me to reduce anxiety...
I lie down in a quiet room. and visualize my self on the Oregon coast beachs with a kite , It is pink, green and orange. I am flying the kite and watching the surf... I start to become very calm...
the place must be a place you love that gives you peace. I do this everyday. one day for two hours....
