The more I worked out, the better I felt

I use to have veeeeery bad anxiety, I still have anxiety, anxiety is normal and is what kept humans alive for so long.


So I want everyone to go out and work out, put your body through hell!! by jogging, lifting weights etc


It worked for me and a simple thing like this, could work for you, good luck
