Obviously, this will not be for everyone....but I didn't realize that my breathing issues (reduced lung function) was the cause for my anxiety. I had CRIPPLING anxiety, panic attacks, you name it. I wasn't able to grocery shop anymore as I couldn't handle being around people.

I got on inhaler meds and now after 2 months my lung function is back to normal, and my anxiety is GONE.

Find out how your lungs are doing. Perhaps it is a link. I know one other person who has asthma and prior to treatment also had anxiety as well.
