The best sleeping pills I can take.

I do take small amounts of xanax, but it hasn't helped me sleep much.

I want to call my Dr. today to get some stronger sleeping pills that hopefullly aren't addicting. Just for the next week or two.

I didn't know where to ask this either. So many have so much medical knowledge around here.

I have a buriel tomorrow and a memorial service Saturday. Friends are family are around, but without sleep I feel worse and even more emotional, almost physically sick.

Hi Annie,
I am so, so sorry for the loss of your son. I can only imagine what agony you are going through right now, my thoughts are with you. You might ask your doctor for Ambien. It is supposed to be non-addicting if you just use it occasionally. I use it and it works for me.

Well they gave me Restoril, but I can't find it on the web. Anyone know what this is?

Annieof5, my heart goes out to you. I lost my son 17 years ago on Dec. 20, 1986. I know what you are going through. I just want you to know I am thinking of you.

I hope your medicine works, I don't know anything about it.
