what benzos are the most effective? buspar seemed to do nothing for me, unless the dosage was too low. xanax is okay, but short-lived. thanks

buspar isnt a benzo but another type of tranquilliser

you may need to try several benzos th find 1 that suits you, remember any new benzo can make you feel drugged or drunk until you get used to it, the dose also needs to be adjusted to suit you

If you find that xanax is too short lived, like I did, then you may do better on klonopin. With the Klonopin I don't notice it wearing off like I did with xanax. I would be shakey & in worse shape after the xanax wore off than I was before I took it. I take one Klonopin at bedtime & I have no problems going to sleep anymore.

Dear bothered,
Klonopin last for the full 24 hours and is better for long term usage then xanax. Xanax only lasts 5-7 hours. Ativan only last 10-12 hours. Benzos are safer then tranquilizers.
