Hi,
I was in bed last night and felt like I would have problems getting to sleep (I was a bit anxious), so I tried to relax and think pleasant thoughts. Well, the next thing I know I'm screaming this most awful scream and I jump up in the bed to find my husband freaking out asking me what's wrong. I said "oh was that me?" and then panic took over. This scream was the most terrifying scream I could ever imagine. I can't explain it. It was hell. It's like I was in hell.
Does anyone else with panic and anxiety have dreams like this?
I believe in God and I'm always thinking I might go to hell if I don't change some of my ways. Could this have had something to do with the nightmare?
