CBT has not worked for me. I recently started a combo of meds and CBT and I have only got worse since I started. That is not to say it will be the same for anyone else, just my personal experience. I am "advanced" so to speak with my anxiety. Been in therapy 7 months with no improvement, in fact quite the opposite!!
I suffer from GAD and frequent panic attacks. Are you having CBT or are you considering it or just curious??
