wishn Veteran (female) Join Date: Jul 2004 Posts: 324	Effexor and NO sleep Has anyone experienced lack of sleep from Effexor? I just started it and when I increased to 75 the sleep was "Not"... I do take ambien, but it is doing nothing now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I just called the nurse and she is going to suggest to the doctor to decrease down to 35 of the effexor. My worry is how much will that help. Wouldn't it be better to find a sleep additive to help instead? thx
