my arm or leg or eye or even inside my ear which might sound weird. but it happens. it seeems to be stress related which causes lack of good "restful" sleep which causes forms of mental fatigue and whatever else fatigue.... Stress..... strange what it can do.
Hi Andrea - yes, in fact, I have had a decrease in most of the meno symptoms. However, the anxiety remains and it is worse than ever. I'm glad to see you here. I do miss your friend KC and her posts. I hope that she is doing okay.
She came on recently in the past, told me she couldnt' post there anymore. I miss her too. Yes, well anxiety is still a part of perimenopause. I have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and it makes my peri and vise versa, HELL!!!!!!!!!!
Andrea - what is PTSD? How do you determine if you have it?
I was evaluated for it. I have it, well I had a touch of it after the car accident and I'm sure I had a bit of it way earlier in my life, that's why I got into drugs and alcohol. After the rapes, these things can happen. But they were long ago. But I had a car accident, head on collision a little over 2 years ago, then I got shocking news about my brother's death and I just stressed way out that time.
