Consistency of symptoms...

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if people's symptoms were 24/7 or did they come and go at certain times of the day? Mine used to be worse at night...it wasn't because I was thinking more about things, they just seemed worse at night. Then they seemed to go away and I could enjoy life once more. Well, now they seem to be slowly inching their way back. Fatique, paranoia, dizziness, nausea and headaches... I am going to start taking St. Johns Wort again to see if helps... I quit going to a psychologist a few weeks ago. I can't afford to go anymore... So anyways, my question is whether everyone's symptoms were constant from the time they woke up to the time they went to bed...or more sporatic...

Re: Consistency of symptoms...

My symptoms would come and go. Sometimes I would not even feel stressed at the moment yet one of my symptoms would pop up. I asked my doctor about that and he says that could happen. If there is a lot of stress in your life, the symptoms can come up at anytime.

Re: Consistency of symptoms...

Mine started out to come and go but now they are almost 24/7. I would like them to disappear altogether.

Re: Consistency of symptoms...

I've been lightheaded (spaced-out) 24/7 since this all started a month ago. I had all the symptoms of anxiety/stress come and go, but the lightheadedness is this here. And my stools have never been normal since it all started. And I have a headache every single day.
