worrying to much mostly when waking up What makes one worry about stupid things that dont really matter? I mean getting all worked up about things that have always worked out as you want them to in the past? ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING WHEN GETTING OUT OF BED |
Re: worrying to much mostly when waking up I have the same thing and it is driving me crazy. Just this morning, I woke up at 7am and started worrying about the craziest things. I couldn't get through it. Fell back to sleep and did it again when I woke up. This anxiety is not fun. |

It happens to women I know who don't have anxiety problems or disorders. But yes, I've had it and still get it like this morning I'm wake up and start to grind my teeth. And then I start to feel anxious. But you have to relieve the negative with positive thoughts, at least try. This is just unbelievable! |
Re: worrying to much mostly when waking up severe anxiety on waking is common, sometimes with a panic attack, dry retching, etc I guess its caused by fears of what the new day may hold its best to get up and get started to do things, dont lie in bed worrying |
Re: worrying to much mostly when waking up yeah, i've noticed a habit i've kinda gotten used to in the morning. i wake up and hafta make sure i am alive, lol. i normally take my pulse, temp, check my breathing, make sure nothing is numb. i do it without even knowing i do it. then when i wake up a lil, i kinda come to and tell myself to stop being a nut, lol. |
