Hi Sonya. I suffered from scary anxiety and panic attacks for many years before I even told my doctor. I am now on a medication that has few side effects and I have not had an attack in over 5 years.
I strongly suggest that you seek medical support. There are medications that really help and counselling does too. Sometimes we have subconcious fears from past experiences that come forward via anxiety. A simple response when you fear an attack coming is to take slow deep abdominal (push your tummy out when you inhale) breathes in through your nose and exhale slowly through pursed lips. alvejay
