Scared and panicky, and everything in between!

Hi there. I have been taking fluvoxamine for GAD and panic disorder for about 4 years now.

I HAD been doing just fine.

Well, work has been NUTTY for several months now and in June, I developed a REALLY bad cold, sinus infection, ear infection, bladder infection and yeast infection, literally all at once. As I result, you can imagine how off kilter and dizzy I felt due to clogged sinuses. Well, I was out walking one night and got VERY dizzy from it which caused me to have a MASSIVE panic attack.

I had numbness, that "disconnected" feeling, I felt uncoordinated AND on top of it as if that all wasn't enough, I got my first visual migraines.

A couple of months have passed with only an occassional visual migraine. Well, I've had 2 so far this week and two panic attacks.

Help! My questions are:

Has anyone out there suffered from visual migraines as a result of stress/panic disorder? Am I going blind???

And my other question is, I have been drinking a LOT of water to keep hydrated since we've had a hot miserable summer. Is all the water either dilluting or flushing the meds out of my system too quickly and is what I am experienceing withdrawals? So I increase my meds a bit as I increase my water intake? I know when I have my period and am retaining water, my doctor told me to bump up my meds a bit for that week or so.

Help!!

maybe the dose of your med needs upping as it doesnt seem to be helping much
I think migranes are separate

I dont think extra water dose any harm

there are meds for sinus problems
