Is this normal?

I've been very stressed lately, and I'm having muscle tics and twitches. They're just tiny ones, but I can notice them. Is this normal for stress? I've also been really tired, had a sore throat, and lots of headaches. Please respond. THANKS!

Re: Is this normal?

twitches are common as the nervous system is messed up by anxiety. I sometimes get twitches in my eyelid, chin and even my thumb!

You could have headaches due to stress and a sore throat just beacuse your immune system is down.

If the twitches are anxiety triggered then they should pass, don't focus on them, forget them otherwise your thoughts wil drive the anxiety even more.
