| Quick Question
Hey just a quick question:
Has anyone here ever had symptoms of severe dehydration associated with their stress/anxiety/panic attacks? Like I mean, keeping all fluids down but feeling constantly thirsty, shaking, and having chills? This happened to me a couple of days ago. I feel fine now, but I was stressed then because it felt like no matter how much water and sports drinks I drank I couldn't ever quench my thirst.
