Can mouth problems be a sign of stress and anxiety?

Being the paranoid freak that I've become I was wondering if a dry tongue (or white tongue) can be a sign of stress?

Thanks

I think a dry or white tongue could mean dehydration also...try drinking more water and see if it helps. If it makes you feel any better, I have the same problem.
