I've noticed the older and older I've gotten, the more my hands shake when I'm doing simple tasks. don't get me wrong, I'm a skinny girl with no forearm muscles, but when I FEEL like someone's watching me, regardless of how easy/light the task is, my hands tense up. Like for example, I worked at a smoothie place one time and a customer asked for a wheat grass shot, my hand trembled so badly I almost spilt it on them or even passing a cigarette to someone. Is there anyway to deal with this other than drugs?
Oh, and I should also add something on a similar note..that when I kiss someone my jaw locks up kinda....... ugh, hard to explain that too. I figure the solution to that is just get more comfortable with whoever you're kissing... I'm just now (at 21) opening up to being physical with other people. I know that's a whole other story, but I figure it's all anxiety tension/spasm related.
