*screams*!!!

Starting to develop heart and illness anxiety.

We measured our pulse rates and our blood pressures today in school for biology.

My heart rate was twice as fast as anyone elses (resting)

And my blood pressure was "quite high" according to my teacher.

What the hell do I do? Can this be anxiety?!?!
