Took my first dose of Effexor 37.5
After having been through every SSRI known to man I am now going back to Effexor for my 24hr panic. I have been this way for over 4 years now and am hoping to finally find some relief. (The regular SSRI's provided only 40% relief which as 26 yr old man is definitely not good enough.

Although my doctor wanted me to jump up to 75mg after 7 days I am instead going to stay on 37.5 for at least two weeks. This would be an ideal dose if I show some signs of improvement. I'll keep you guys in the loop...

5 years of my life gone and counting...Help me turn this around

effexor is a different type and may work for you

some valium type meds would also be helpful but can be hard to get, if doc refuses, maybe try another doc
