What do you mean by bad vision? When I'm anxious I notice when it's darker that things seem a bit fuzzy, like around my vision it looks like splotchy colours n stuff. But I think that's because your awareness is heightened because you're anxious so you're noticing stuff that normally wouldn't bother you. Try catching yourself off guard when you're not anxious and notice your vision. You'll probably start to see things because you're looking for them. Also I get a spaced out feeling a lot. I find chilling out and watching a movie or something helps. (Not horror or something!!)
