 Cholesterol Meds and Anxiety???
Has anyone experienced anxiety after starting a cholesterol therapy by taking a statin drug, such as Lipitor, Pravachol, Zocor, etc?
I just recently started a med called Vytorin which is the latest cholesterol medication. After a week I began to have GAD with agitation and some minor insomnia. I also seem to remember having a similar experience with other statins I have been on.
