I have only had 4 FULL BLOWN panic attacks...more than I'd like...but I know it is going to be bad when i have a strong metalic taste is my mouth.

Anyone else?

Yes all the time with me, The part of my body i worry about the most is my mouth! Because im always getting funny feelings in it and tastes but the doctor has checked me and he has told me its all down to me worrying about it!

My girlfriend had PA for 3 years and when I broke down and told all my long time girlfriends about my anxiety disorder, she freaked out when I mentioned the metalic taste. Her doc had diffinitively diag. her with miocular headaches...now, she has been working on her anxiety. Too bad more docs can't help?

most medical people don't know what to do for us...my therapist thought I was deppressed...when Anxiety was the ticket, she said she would "read up on it" gee...thanks.

Still looking for great resourse. Will share when I find it!
