Dilated Pupils from Lexapro?

Has anyone experienced dilated pupils from Lexapro? I've been on it for 3 weeks. 2 weeks of 5mg and a week of 10mg. When I go on 10mg I wake up with massive pupils. Thanks!

Re: Dilated Pupils from Lexapro?

Hi
I have been on 10mg of Lexapro for two weeks. The first couple of days I noticed my pupils being dilated but then it never happened again. Collette

you could ask a pharmacist to look it up on his list of lexapro side effects, early side effects often go away after a few weeks when the med starts working properly

Re: Dilated Pupils from Lexapro?

Did your pupils ever stop dilating?

My 17 year old son just started lexapro earlier this week and is also getting huge pupils. He's hoping it goes away because it makes it hard to read and school's about to start again.

Thanks!
