Hi ya Tom, I have the same thing with chest pain, back pain and arm pain...I can't tell you when it will go away. I think it depends on when your anxiety lessons...Are you on anything for it(SSRI) or a benzo?

Well, does it get worse when something scares you? Alot of the time you just have to believe in your docs that there is nothing wrong with your heart. I have learned when I am upset it gets worse or under alot of stress. I have had chest pain for 2 weeks straight and was back and forth to ER and nothing...so really you just have to trust your doc is all and try taking a med to help.
