Hey you two, just went through some rough times with anxiety & was reading through old posts to sort of boost myself a bit. Was just wondering how you are coping & how things are going in general & in your efforts to control anxiety...My prayers are always with you - Marirose

Hi Marirose,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been trying to stay busy, and keep my mind occupied. I took up painting by number and it really helps with the anxiety. I never could draw a straight line so it takes alot of concentration. LOL, It doesn't look to bad though. I hate to hear your having some hard times, just keep your head up and remember he's only a prayer away. He will bring you out of this, and I know your a very strong person, so just try to relax and keep praying. I will check back tomorrow and see how your doing. If you need anything just let me know. I can't do much on here, but I'm here to listen and offer encouragement and prayer. You are always in my prayers even if we don't get to talk as much. I will forever be grateful for you because you brought me through some very rough times. My heart and prayers are with you, worriedfemale

Hey hon - Glad to hear that things are going well - sounds like the painting is fun! I need to try something like that - keep me in your prayers, things are looking up, but prayers & friends & God are all I need to pull me through! I am feeling better already. Talk to you soon! Marirose

Hello Marirose : Gosh I'm sorry I didn't write for so long. Also very sorry to hear you were struggling with your anxieties. I so hope things are better for you now. You are such a caring person and I have thought of you even though I haven't posted here in awhile.
I too have had my ups and downs,,,still taking my meds which seem to help but still have 'those' days when they don't work as well as I wished. Thus is life though I try to tell myself *smile*
I am glad I even found your post here, I don't really know why I was going through them but saw it and had to respond.
