From paxil CR to Paxil
I guess from what I hear Paxil CR is off the market, at least for now. For those of you staying with Paxil, when your pdoc switches you to regular Paxil, what mgs do they put you at? If you had 25mgs Paxil CR, what regular paxil dose do you go to? 20? 30?

the doses are different ask a pharmacist for comparisons
IMO ordinary paxil is just as good and usually lots cheaper

I can only tell you that mine went from 25 on CR to 20 on Paxil. I didn't notice any adverse reactions to the change.

It goes 5 mg lower... those who were on 25 are now on 20... I was on 75 cr and now am taking 60 mg.
