question about lexapro - Anxiety Message Board

it seems lots of you are on lexapro--so i thought this would be a good place to ask if any of you had the side effect of hair loss...I have not yet started my lexapro because i am afraid of that side effect..I don't know which one would be worse hair loss or anxiety..I would be happy for any input..Thanks

I have been on lexapro for 2 years and no hair loss here. As a matter of fact I go to the hairdresser every 3 to 4 weeks to have it thinned...seriously!

Well I have been on Lexapro for a few months now, and even when I took it in the past I had no trouble with any hair loss. If anything my hair was and is normal. No hair changes for me at all.
