ears ringing ,fingers and neck tingling and tight chest - Anxiety Message Board

I am having severe anxiety I dont think they are severe but this ear ringing and pressure about makes you crazy. also have tingling in my hands an neck and tight chest and a bunch of other symptoms at times.I am taking paroxetine and bupurione and gabapentin and I still very nervous.I use to take xanax but my md wanted me to get off of it.Anybody have any ideas to get of these ringing ears or any of this.

assuming its from anxiety it seems that your meds arent working, get a doc to review the doses, maybe alter the doses or try new meds
ear ringing that comes and goes is common from anxiety, dont worry about it

Hi there i get your symptoms, tingling in my hands and feet and neck! i also used to get ringing in my ears for a while but it seems to have gone now?

ugghhh i hate the ringing in the ears also... mine is there 24/7... i dont know of a way to get rid of it... but playing music or the TV at night or anytime its really quiet helps me not focus on it..

now i could be wrong but cant high blood pressure cause the ringing? i know when i am having an anxiety filled day my BP is high and the ringing is louder..
