ugh I have had ache off and on for years i guess due to stress and anxiety
since last night I have had an ache in my left arm comes and goes.
I have had this numerous other times in my life.....why is it always the left arm? I already have anxiety about my heart and now this grrrr
anyone else get this same thing?

the past few days i've been getting aches in my legs, arms, wrists, and hands. i can't think what it could be .. i've had a very anxiety-filled week, so i'm guessing that caused these aches. sometimes there's shooting pains, but i dont know what it could be

I don't know why it always seems like the left arm...just to make us think we're having a heart attack. I hate that too. It's probably from not breathing properly, muscle tension, or some other simple explanation. If heart problems run in your family, that is probably on your mind too. Sometimes when I feel like that, I actually just have a little heartburn and taking a Zantac helps. It's worth a try? Sorry you're having a bad day.

Yes! I do get this. I get several pains off and on but the majority of the time it is on my left side. It doesnt last long and isnt intense..but noticable. Dr mentioned Fibromyalgia..but I dunno. I told my mom tonight that it just figures that I get the weird crap to freak me out..like anxiety isnt bad enough on its own!!
