good days VS bad days on Lexapro

I first started taking Lexapro this week. The first time I took it it did wonders for me. I got throught the day fine with about no bad thoughts. The next day I felt fine when I woke up, but when I took my pill that day it seems as if it made aniexty for me. I have read it causes aniexty to go up when you first start taking it. Does anybody else have good and bad days when you first started taking Lexapro?

Yes, you will have bad days when you first start. It takes at least a couple of months for it to start helping....at least for me it did. Hang in there for a while and hopefully you will see good results.

Re: good days VS bad days on Lexapro

Does it make you feel relaxed everytime you take it? Or does the effect wear off over a long period of time?
