Here's my theory on xanex. People tend to think that xanex is a miracle worker. It does relax you and often you get the "anxiety" from wondering "omg, will I be able to relax or go to sleep?" You body will get used to it in it's system and once that's gone your body is going to react to NOT having it so yes you will feel a bit different. So you have to let that tension and/or anxiety pass. I'm almost posistive it's out of your system within 24 hours.
